Real people, real recordings

What it's like to learn this from Charles.

Claude Academy is a new program, so these are not graduates. They are operators who have worked with Charles through Charlie OS and the CC Strategic community, talking about the teaching, not the course.

I have been getting more done in the last two weeks than I have in the last two months. I've launched an entire platform and it walked me through step by step.

Tucker Bern

Family office investor

Before joining Charles's premium group all of my previous clients were n8n builds. Since joining the group I've signed three clients for custom projects using Claude Code, using Charles's framework.

Founder, Leetook.co

It's very much like having a personal assistant that has all of the context of your business. If you use Claude Code and have a consulting or service-based business, this is a no-brainer.

Samer S

AI consulting agency owner

I joined a bunch of communities and this is the one that stuck. As a new person to this and ADHD, I need a systems thinker who can explain things clearly and systematically. He does that.

Meg Elder

Community member

My biggest problem was that I had a lot of tools, a lot of ideas, a lot of prompts, but no clean operating structure. It gave me a clear system to organize all my AI workflow.

Bruno Nogueira

AI content and business systems

A lot of stuff that you find on YouTube you won't find here, because it goes really in depth. I wanted a social media scraper and he built it out for me. I still use it to this day.

Ansari

Community member since day one

I struggled with knowing how to price things, how to pitch, how to follow up. Charlie helped me with all of those things. He was also very helpful in refining my knowledge of Claude Code.

Samer S

AI consulting agency owner

He makes sure you understand everything before moving on. Everything's clearly laid out so you can streamline your knowledge path and go from one course to another.

Programs

Pick the depth you actually need.

Four ways in. They share a curriculum spine, so nothing you learn in one is wasted if you move to another.

Flagship

Certified Claude Operator

$749

2 live days + assessment

The flagship. Train live, then prove it.

Two live days across the full Claude stack, followed by a practical assessment you complete on your own work. Pass it and you hold a credential that shows what you can actually build, not what you sat through.

The Claude Course

$449

2 live days

Same two days. No assessment, no credential.

If you want the training but have no use for the certificate, take the same live cohort without the assessment track. You can upgrade to the certification later at the difference in price.

1:1 Coaching

From $350

60 min to half day

Your repo, your workflow, one screen.

Bring the thing that is stuck. We build it together, live. Most people book this after a cohort, when they hit the specific wall their own codebase throws at them.

Half day to multi-week

Built for your stack, delivered privately.

A discovery call, a curriculum written against your actual repos and workflows, private delivery to your team, and monthly advisory after so it sticks past week one.

Outcomes

What you leave with.

Not notes. Working things, running against your own accounts and your own code.

01

A Claude setup that matches how you actually work

Project instructions, memory, connectors, and a daily brief wired to your real accounts. Not a sandbox you abandon on Monday.

02

Something shipped, in the room

You leave day two with working software you built during the session, on your own repo, not a tutorial clone.

03

A credential tied to work, not attendance

The assessment asks you to build. Passing means you demonstrated the skill, which is the only kind of certificate worth showing anyone.

Who teaches it

Taught by someone who ships with Claude every day.

Charles J Dove

Charles J Dove

Founder, C&C Strategic Consulting

Twelve years building businesses, the last stretch of it building AI systems that run without anyone watching them. The material here comes out of client work and shipped software, not out of a slide deck written to fill two days.

That matters for one reason. When something breaks live in the session, and it will, you watch it get debugged in real time. That is the part you cannot get from documentation.

Dates

Live cohorts, real seats.

Every cohort is capped at 20 people. No countdown timers here, just the actual count.

Questions

The things people ask before they book.

No, and that is not a hedge. Day one is entirely about wiring Claude into how you already work, which requires no programming. Day two goes further into building, and roughly half of every cohort has never written production code. You will still ship something.

Twenty seats. Two days. One credential.

If you already use Claude and suspect you are using ten percent of it, this is the fastest way to close that gap.
